Welcome to Path to Creativity. By using this website and enrolling in our classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings and Payments

• A joining fee is required to secure your place in a course.

• Payment of this fee confirms your enrolment.

• The joining fee covers all essential supplies for the course and is non-refundable once paid (see our Refund Policy for details).

Attendance

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.

• If you are unable to attend, please notify me as early as possible.

• While refunds are not available for missed classes, I will try to arrange catch-up guidance when possible.

Class Materials

• Supplies included in your joining fee are for your personal use and a starter kit is yours to keep.

• Materials are purchased specifically for each student and cannot be returned for refund.

Cancellations by Path to Creativity

• In the event that a class or course is cancelled by Path to Creativity (e.g. illness or venue availability), students will receive either a full refund for the class or the option to transfer to a future date.

Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to behave respectfully toward the instructor and fellow students.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund.

Intellectual Property

• All course content, written materials, and teaching methods are the property of Path to Creativity.

• Students may use these for personal learning, but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
