​​Path to Creativity – Refund Policy

At Path to Creativity, I aim to provide a relaxed, supportive environment for learning to paint. To make sure all students have what they need, I prepare and purchase supplies in advance.

Joining Fee and Supplies

A non-refundable joining fee is required to secure your place in the course. This fee covers:

  • All essential painting supplies for the full course duration

  • A personal starter kit for you to keep

Because these materials are purchased specifically for each student and cannot be reused, the joining fee is non-refundable once paid.

Missed Classes or Withdrawal

If you choose not to attend, miss classes, or withdraw after the course has started, no refund of the joining fee will be issued. However, I understand that unexpected events happen. If you’re unable to attend a session, please let me know in advance. Where possible, I will try to arrange a catch-up time or provide guidance on how you can complete the lesson at home.

Cancellations by Path to Creativity

If a class or course is cancelled by Path to Creativity (for example, due to illness or low enrolment), you will receive:

  • Either a full refund of the affected class fees

  • Or the option to transfer your booking to a future date
